·       As the EVP of Operations and Business Development, I led Parking Solutions to

o   a 63% corporate growth across 7 states and 100+ sites in an increasingly competitive region.

o   Revitalized selling strategy resulting in an additional $16.5 M in new sales in 3 years with just 2 sales team members.

o   Identified, documented & implemented Best Practices in 5+ major business processes (i.e. at-the-curb wages, profit oversight at the account level, ineffective recruiting strategies, poor contracting processes, mismanaged co-employment partnership) resulting in a bottom line new income swing of +$1.7 M in 2 years
